About
A warm guide to Socionics, built for relationships
Socionica exists because most people arrive at personality systems through a real question: why do I find this person so easy and that person so exhausting? This site tries to answer that honestly.
There are two sides to Socionica. This website is the free guide: all 16 types, the fourteen relationship patterns between them, and plain-language articles. It is written for people searching for answers about personality and compatibility, most of whom have never heard the word Socionics before today.
The full experience — the test, your saved results, the people you add, your daily reading — lives in the app. The two are connected by one route: the free test, which takes about five minutes and needs no sign-up.
What we claim, and what we do not
Socionics is a typology, not a validated science. It has not been established by peer-reviewed evidence as a predictive model, and we will never present it as proof. Any site that tells you a test can predict whether a relationship will work is overselling.
What a typology can do is give you vocabulary for something you already sensed. That is useful on its own: naming a pattern is often the first half of changing it.
How the writing works
Every term is explained the first time it appears. We favour short paragraphs and real-life scenes over theory. Where two systems agree, we say so; where Socionics is unusual, we say why. And where the honest answer is “this describes a dynamic, not an outcome”, that is what we write.
Where to go next
If you are new, start with what Socionics is. If you already have a suspicion about your type, read the 16 type profiles and compare your life to the relationship patterns. And if you would rather just find out, take the free test.
